Randy began his career in law enforcement with the Indiana Department of Corrections in 1995. In 1996 he joined the Ingalls Police Department as a reserve Police Officer, and was accepted full time in 1998 as a patrolman leaving the Department of Corrections. While working for Ingalls Police Department Randy moved up through the ranks and served as Sergeant, Lieutenant, and eventually Chief of Police. In 2003 Randy joined the Pendleton Police Department as a patrolman, and now serves as Captain.
