  We Are!

Thanks to the Pendleton Town Court and Judge Gasparovic, the Pendleton Police Department has acquired a new speed information and registration unit. This is the new speed sign that you see along side the road that tells you how fast you are going. This equipment will be relocated from time to time to various areas of town alerting you to your speed and compiling the information for the police department. This information will allow the police to target areas that are experiencing excessive speeds and the specific times these speeds are registered. This will allow our officers to be in the problem areas at the appropriate times to catch these violators and slow them down.

TASERS

The Pendleton Police Department is now equipped, trained, and carrying the electronic, less lethal device. This device will assist our officers in apprehending subjects that are combative, unruly, or refuse to obey lawful commands, drastically reducing the opportunity for injury to the subject and the officer. 

Gun Lock Giveaway

All you have to do is stop by the Pendleton Police Department during regular business hours and request a gun lock. That's all? you ask. That's it. Just stop by, ask the Office Manager, and you will receive a gun lock for every handgun you own FREE. This is made possible due to our partnership with Project Child Safe and our commitment to help keep firearms out of our children's hands.
